		<description>I wasn&#039;t trying to equate &lt;em&gt;Rise&lt;/em&gt;&#039;s popularity with its quality (a practice I actually disdain). I was merely pointing out that it was a popular film despite all that it had going against it. I truly do think it was the best film I saw this year.</description>
